- Spotting leaks before they become big problems.
- Maintaining meter systems, radios, wiring, and components.
- Running diagnostics + keeping inventory stocked and ready.
- Keeping things organized with reports and tracking.
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Construction or water experience = a plus (but not required!).
- Comfortable working outdoors in ALL the Texas elements.
- Mechanically inclined + not afraid to get your hands dirty.
- Strong teamwork + customer interaction skills.
Important Must-Haves:
- Valid driver’s license + clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and work in tough outdoor conditions.
- Willing to be on-call when needed.

Certification Requirement:
- Class D Water Distribution License (or the ability to obtain it within your first 6 months-we’ll support you!).
Why This Role is Actually Pretty Awesome:
- You’re out in the field-not stuck behind a desk.
- You directly impact your community every single day.
- You gain hands-on technical skills that are highly transferable.
- You’re part of essential infrastructure (aka… people NEED you).
If you’re someone who:
- Likes working outdoors.
- Enjoys problem-solving.
- Wants a stable, meaningful career.
…this might be your next move.
