What You Bring:
- 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in public works, construction, or infrastructure.
- Strong leadership experience (you’ve led teams and delivered results).
- Experience with budgets, capital projects, and operational strategy.
- Ability to navigate complex projects, priorities, and stakeholders.
- Municipal experience preferred.
